Bacon / Sausage Share
On rare occasions we have the ever-popular bacon and sausage shares available! We turn a whole large hog into bacon, ground pork, and sausage and divvy-up between 10-15 customers. Each share is ~16 lbs and consists of 1+ lb packages including 5 packages of bacon (regular, Canadian, and country), 3 packages of ground pork, and 7 packages of link sausage (Italian, Bratwurst, and Andouille). We are using a new butcher this year and are very happy with their delicious sausages.
